We will refund or exchange your item in the unlikely event it is damaged in transit or is faulty.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours and we will cover all postage and replacement costs.

Refunds will be considered upon receipt of faulty or damaged-in-transit items.

Faulty goods must be returned with original packaging.

Sorry, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind.
